We need your help electing our representatives to the annual State Democratic Convention. The voting will be on the same day as our next meeting, this Saturday, Jan. 12th. Please be in the parking lot by 10:30 Jan. 12th to carpool. Please print the following message and take it with you to vote.

The Assembly District Delegates (ADDs) and Assembly District Executive Board Representatives (“E Bd Reps”) are elected at the Assembly District Election Meetings (ADEMs) held in each of the 80 Assembly Districts. The California Democratic Party is convening ADEMs on January 12 and 13, 2013, where 12 people (6 women / 6 men) from each Assembly District will be elected to represent their district for both the 2013 and 2014 State Conventions.

THE ELECTION FOR OUR DISTRICT CANDIDATES WILL BE ON JANUARY 12, 2013 BETWEEN 10:00 A.M. AND 2:00 at the Joslyn Senior Center, 210 Park Avenue,Escondido, CA 92025. WE NEED YOUR HELP IN ELECTING THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS OF OUR CLUB AS STATE DELEGATES AND BETTY BALL TO THE EXECUTIVE BOARD. THE DECLARED CANDIDATES FROM OUR CLUB ARE:

THE ELECTION WILL BE HELD THE SAME DAY AS OUR MEETING ON JANUARY 12, 2013 FROM 10:00 A.M. TO 12:00 NOON. CARPOOLS WILL BE LEAVING THE PAVILION PARKING LOT STARTING AT 10:30 A.M. AND RETURNING IN TIME FOR THE GENERAL MEETING. PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO VOTE. YOU CAN DRIVE TO THE JOSLYN SENIOR CENTER BY YOURSELF OR MEET AT THE PAVILION TO CARPOOL.
