NY Times says “Joe Biden Is Electrifying America Like F.D.R.”

Do you agree? I only know President Roosevelt from History Books, TV Specials and Documentaries, as do most of us. I heard about him from my parents, who had mixed feelings. I agree “Biden is Electrifying America” and we need that now, but I am still worried about the cult-like factions of Trumpers.
