Your chance to engage with candidates and campaigns
Our Candidates Need YOU!
Several of our local candidates, all members of the San Marcos Democratic Club, are looking for assistance as their campaigns reach their final days. Volunteers are needed tp distribute literature (non-contact), contact voters by phone and text, write postcards, distribute and erect yard signs, and wave signs at key intersections. Of course, donations are always appreciated to help offset the costs associated with a campaign. If you can give a little time to these deserving candidates, please contact their campaigns. They are:
Kate Schwartz, candidate for State Assembly District 75
Neil Kramer, candidate for San Marcos City Council District 4
Alan Geraci, candidate for San Marcos City Council District 3

The San Marcos Democratic Club will be hosting weekly ballot parties throughout October to assist voters in the completion of mail ballots. There are many candidates and measures to be considered, and it is essential that ballots are completed accurately and and in their entirety.
The dates for the ballot parties are:
Tuesday, October 20
Tuesday, October 27
The ballot parties will be conducted online using the Zoom application. Click here for the link to the meetings; the same link will be used for all of them.
